- I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have been working professionaly with plants since high school. I went to Cal Poly and recived my BS in Hort Science. I now spend my days as Operations Manager for a commercial propagation company in the Watsonville area. I live in Gilroy with my Wife Lori and our two great dogs Lily and Ceasar.

As the question about lights: I'm using an 8 bulb T5 fixture (48") but found that the light levels were too high when I first installed it and so now I'm only using one bank of bulbs at a time (4 bulbs). The fixture itself is made by Hydrofarm.
